About us

After 3 years in the Vintage Clothing industry we've learnt a lot about what people look for when they decide to upgrade their wardrobe. They want a garment that will last, be timeless, that'll look good, wash well and of course, be comfortable. Our main focus with Thirty Five was to take the best characteristics from the best brands in the world, from materials, shape and style right down to production methods and merge them to create the ultimate clothing collection. Our time and effort has been well worth it and we are very excited to bring you an incredible collection of ethically produced, incredibly high quality, 100% cotton and as Irish made as possible garments. We take zero shortcuts when it comes to our quality and production methods.

We work with as many local businesses during production as possible. It's a nice chance to work extraordinarily close with businesses in Mayo and make sure everything is perfect. The quality of the work is outstanding and there's a great sense of pride in bringing multiple Irish businesses together to create something great. The embroidery of each garment is done by Patricia in her fully wind powered studio in Belcarra. Her experience in the embroidery industry is second to none and it's evident in her work. Inese, an old neighbour, is right around the corner from our store in Kiltimagh. Inese stitches our custom labels into the garments for us which holds a nice Irish message on the reverse in green.

Our garments are cut and sewn in the North of Portugal, our factory is one of the top ranked in the country, ticking all the boxes for certification regarding good working conditions, standards of pay and environmental care. This was very important to us during selection of which factory we chose to work with.

We plan to continue to bring new collections, styles and colours as Thirty Five progresses as a brand, we plan to add sustainability focused initiatives into our operations. We are currently toying with a 'Repair to Rewear' and an option to trade back in your old Thirty Five garments for store credit towards a new colour or style. For now, we want to promote Irish businesses, lead a new trend of producing super high quality clothing that is built to last and get you kitted out in your new favourite everyday piece(s).
